Flow of the Run


Arrive 45 minutes before your designated start time Drop your bag 30 minutes before your start *pre-pack your baggage and hang up the baggage tag Drop Bag Enter the Waiting Zone Start your run Finish the run Leave the Dessert Runway and Waiting Zone Collect the Finisher medal and Finisher gift (*for runner complete within time limit only) Collect your baggage Leave the Running Area and go to the Canvinal Area




Desserts Zone


  • For safety reason, participants must finish eating before continue to run. Eating while running is not allowed.
  • All desserts are served in Desserts Zone only. Participants are not allowed to take them away from Desserts Zone (neither take by hand nor pack in the bag).
  • To avoid the risk of slamming, participants cannot run in opposite direction after leaving Dessert Zone.
  • To avoid food waste, please take only the amount of desserts that you will be able to eat.




2km Solo Run


  • Participants must be 12 years old as of event day 13 October 2019
  • Complete 3 laps of the 600m running route
  • Time limit is 30 minutes
  • Each participant who finished the run within the time limit will have a Finisher Medal, a Finisher towel and a Finisher e-Certificate
    (*Add HK$20 to purchase a hard-copy Finisher Certificate during online registration)
  • No speed award in this category, but "The Sweetest Outfit Award"
    (*Register at designated counter on the event day)




5km Solo Run


  • Participants must be 16 years old as of event day 13 October 2019
  • Complete 8 laps of the 600m running route
  • Time limit is 1 hour
  • Each participant who finished the run within the time limit will have a Finisher Medal, a Finisher towel and a Finisher e-Certificate
    (*Add HK$20 to purchase a hard-copy Finisher Certificate during online registration)
  • No speed award in this category, but "The Sweetest Outfit Award" (*Register at designated counter on the event day)




2km Family Team of 2


  • 1 Adult (18 years old as of event day 13 October 2019) & 1 Kid (4 - 11 years old as of event day 13 October 2019)
  • 2 participants to complete 3 laps of the 600m running route together
  • Time limit is 30 minutes
  • Each participant who finished the run within the time limit will have a Finisher Medal, a Finisher towel and a Finisher e-Certificate
    (*Add HK$20 to purchase a hard-copy Finisher Certificate during online registration)
  • No speed award in this category, but "The Sweetest Outfit Award"
    (*Register at designated counter on the event day)
  • During the run, children must be accompanied by the adult at all times. Leaving your child unattended while you are running will be resulted in disqualification and asked to leave the runway




「Blind to Taste. Blind to Run」
5km Blindfold Duo Run or Visually Impaired Team of 2


  • Each team consists of two participants
  • Two participants must be 16 years old as of event day 13 October 2019
  • 2 participants to complete 8 laps of the 600m running route together
  • Time limit is 1 hour
  • Among the two participants, one should be blindfolded during the run (including tasting desserts) or should be visually impaired runner with one guide runner
  • For the Blindfold Duo Run, the two participants can take turn to be blindfolded at safe situation in order to prevent from danger or affect other participants
  • Organizer will provide eye mask and running string.
  • Each participant who finished the run within the time limit will have a Finisher Medal, a Finisher towel and a Finisher e-Certificate

  • No speed award in this category, but "The Sweetest Outfit Award"

Other Rules


  • Participants should place your number bib visibly on the front of your top clothing and use the foldable cup (distribute at the waiting zone) during the event.
  • Participants must follow the designated route. Running in opposite direction or taking shortcut is not allowed. Offenders will be disqualified and requested to leave the event venue.
  • Participants must not harass or impede other participants from conducting activities during the event.
  • During the event, volunteers will distribute wristband to assist participants in counting the number of laps. Please be reminded to take the wristband in each lap.
  • Participants should stop and leave the “Dessert Runway” once the designated number of laps completed, even there is still time left.
  • Participants failing to start the run in the designated start times, or failing to complete the event within specified time limit of their categories, shall not be entitled to any finisher medals, certificates and gifts.




5km Team of 2 Relay


  • Each team consists of two participants
  • Two participants must be 16 years old as of event day 13 October 2019
  • Complete 8 laps of the 600m running route by relay
  • Each participant of the team may run a different distance(number of laps). The running sequence and distance is determined by your team, and the arrangement can be changed during the run. For example: 5km Team of 2 Relay (Members A & B). Member A takes the 1st lap → Member B runs 2 laps → then Member B runs 1 lap → Member A runs 1 lap → Member B runs 1 lap again → Member A runs 1 laps again → Member B runs the last lap, then they have completed their total 8 laps.
  • Time limit is 1 hour
  • In each lap, only one participant is allowed to run on the route. He/she must put on a relay string during the run, otherwise the team will be disqualified
  • The relay string MUST be passed within the Relay Zone
  • Team members, who are not going to pass the relay string, cannot rush into the running route, otherwise it will cause harassment, impediment or danger to other participants.
  • Once one of the participants of the team finished the last lap, he/she may gather with the other participants of the team in waiting zone then to collect the finisher gifts together
  • Each participant who finished the run within the time limit will have a Finisher Medal, a Finisher towel and a Finisher e-Certificate
